If you are experiencing any problems or have any questions with the site, then hopefully you will find the answers here. We will start with a few common questions we think might be of help:


How do I view the pictures?

Go to the catalogue page, select which category you would like to view. All categories have "families" within them, although not all categories have mutiple families, some only have one, which will be the main one. The families links are situated on the right hand menu under the main navigation links.

Clicking on one of the families links will load the pictures on to the same page under the "Step 2" instructions. Click on an image to view a larger version in a pop-up window.

How do I select a frame?

Under each image you will find 3 frame icons, clicking on one of these icons will put that frame around the image above it. If you click on the framed image, a pop-up window will appear showing the selected frame and image inside it.
If you would like to preview another frame for the same image, just click on another frame, then click on the image with the frame around it to view it in a pop-up window again. To turn off the frame, click on the frame again.

What size are the pictures in the frames?

Below are the 3 frame sizes and the relevant picture sizes: -

What colour mounts do you provide?

Antique white, which is just off white. White is too stark, this colur compliments all the pictures we sell. We use custom cut mounts, specifically for .

How do I select and order a framed picture?

After selecting which frame you require, select the size of frame via the drop down menu, then select the quantity of framed pictures you require, now click on the "add to cart" button. You will get a message asking you "Are you sure you want to add this item to your shopping cart?", if you are happy, then click on "OK", if not click "Cancel".

When clicking on "OK", you will be taken to a page asking you to either Log In or register. This is a simple process;

To register:

You will need to enter in a user name and password and a confirmation password (which is the same as the previous one), then click "Register". This will add your order to your shopping cart and save it for later in case you don't want to purchase anything now or you get called away from your computer or you want to continue shopping. Please make a note of your user name and password.

The next screen will give you a confirmation that your order has been added to your shopping cart. You can now go and browse another category. If you would like to go the checkout click on the shopping cart icon on the right under the main menu buttons. This will present you with your shopping cart and any orders in it. Here, you can either view the item, edit it or delete it from your cart. If you are happy to proceed, click on the "go to checkout" button. It will ask you "are you sure you want to proceed to the checkout..", if so, then click OK. If not click cancel.

Clicking OK will then present you with a "Payment Method" page. This will give you the option to either pay for your order with a debit or credit card or the option to print off your shopping cart, fill in the details and post it to us with either a company or personal check. (Please note that your order will obviously take a few days longer to process this way).

If you choose the pay online option, this will take you to a confirmation page. Click on the "buy now" button to take you through to the checkout section.

You will see you are on a secure payment system maintained by PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account click the "If you have never paid through PayPal, click here" button. This will present you with a page to enter all your details prior to confirming your order, fill in all the details as instructed and click "Continue".

This will take you to a confirmation page, if you have entered all your details correctly, click the "Pay" button. Transaction complete. You will be emailed a confirmation and invoice from PayPal and from , detailing your order.

I know this might sound very daunting, but when you are actually in the process it is relatively quick, it just sounds a lot worse than it is!

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery is £5 per picture excluding VAT.

Do the prices include VAT?

No. All prices are excluding VAT, as a vast majority of companies/institutions/organisations will claim the VAT back.

How do I order multiple frames and images?

After adding the first frame and picture to your cart, simply click on the link provided to take you back to the catalogue page, where you can carry on choosing other frames and pictures.

Is my transaction secure?

Yes. The checkout site is 100% secure.

What happens after I place an online order?

As mentioned you will receive a confirmation email, if the order is placed online, very soon after you have submitted payment. In the case of postal orders, as soon as we have received your postal order we will send you either an email or letter depending on which one you prefer to confirm receipt.

Your order will then be processed. Every order is custom made, we do not sell "off-the-shelf" products, this incurs a lead time of 14 days.

Then, when your order is shipped we will send you an email confirming despatch.

All orders are delivered via courier service for security and safety.

What happens if there are breakages?

If you receive the order and there are breakages, please contact us immediately, we will issue you with a code which you must include with the parcel and send it back to us. Upon receipt, we will re-do your order and re-send. Postage and package charges will be charged at normal rates.
